Order your Repeat Prescription

Please allow 48 hours for us to process your prescription request

You can now order your repeat prescription in three ways:

1. Order Online through the NHS Wales App

2. Using our secured form

You can also use our secured form to request your approved repeat medication. You will however need to manually list all medications required, to include medication name, strength, and quantity, up to 16 items.
